Bemidji Regional Airport

Covering an area of 1,740 acres, the Bemidji Regional Airport (BJI) is a public airport serving the city of Bemidji and surrounding communities in northern Minnesota. BJI supports two major airlines: Delta and Sun Country – the home airport for which being Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport in St. Paul.

Owned by Beltrami County and the city of Bemidji, BJI consists of two runways and one terminal. Established in 1931, BJI also supports cargo airlines like Bemidji Airlines and a FedEx Feeder.

Bemidji State University

Located on Lake Bemidji, Bemidji State University is set in Bemidji in northern Minnesota. A member of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, BSU was established in 1919 – and is currently a public state university.

BSU features a suburban campus for its enrollment of over 5,000 students. Offering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, BSU is also home to the Bemidji State Beavers athletics department.

Bemidji Town & Country Club

As you plan your next excursion through the Land of 10,000 Lakes, enjoy a round of 18 holes at the Bemidji Town & Country Club in the city of Bemidji. The course features some of  the region's most dazzling scenery, including viewsof  Lake Bemidji while neighboring Lake Bemidji Lake State Park.

Buena Vista State Forest

Sanford Center

Opened in 2010, the Sanford Center in the city of Bemidji is a multi-purpose arena. The center is primarily the home ice to the Bemidji State University Beaver's men and women's hockey teams.

The center also hosts a variety of conventions, trade shows, and most recently, became the home field of the Bemidji Axemen of the Indoor Football League. Given the center's versatile nature, it's known as "Northern Minnesota's Premier Venue."
