Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport

Minnehaha Depot

The Minnehaha Depot is historic Railroad depot, built in 1875, that serviced passengers from Chicago into the Twin Cities area. The depot was known as the "Princess" depot, because of its delicate gingerbread detailed construction. This once-bustling railroad hub in St Paul, is located along Highway 55, near the Minnehaha Park in South Minneapolis.

The Depot is owned by the Minnesota Historical Society and operated by the Minnesota Transportation Museum. The depot was restored in 1967 and became the first building to be restored by the museum.
