Fishing Adventures in Minnesota
Explore the Land of 10,000 Lakes
Fishing in MN
Lake Superior is the largest of all the lakes – it stretches across all of northern Wisconsin, and into Canadian waters.
Otter Tail Lake is more centrally located in Minnesota, and much smaller than Lake Superior, reaching a total of 21-square miles.
Mille Lacs Lake, the second largest lake in Minnesota, is set virtually in between Lake Superior and Otter Tail Lake – and north of Minneapolis. Cast your favorite bait and be patient – the selection of smallmouth bass, northern pike, and walleye are sure to nibble an investigation.
Just west of the Minneapolis is Lake Minnetonka, a very large, and very popular destination for anglers, and boating enthusiast, alike. Measuring at more than 14,000 acres in area, and totally 125 miles of shoreline, Lake Minnetonka is the ideal location for summer time aquatic adventures with the family, or a serene ice fishing trip during the winter.
Make the trip in from nearby Chaska, Eden Prairie, or Plymouth, set to the north of Lake Minnetonka.
